Lake Park · Residential & Commercial
Kelsey City bones. A hundred years of weather.
Lake Park began as Kelsey City, a planned 1920s community, and its historic district still holds Mediterranean Revival homes and old Florida bungalows from that first building wave — a small, tree-canopied town between US-1 and the Intracoastal. A century of coastal summers sits on these rooflines. Don Morrison is your local contact for gutter protection, seamless gutters, soffit & fascia, and outdoor lighting across Lake Park. Services in Lake Park
For Lake Park's historic homes
Gutter protection
Guard systems for historic rooflines under the town's mature canopy — leaves and pods shed off the surface while heavy rain passes through, ending the cleanout on homes that predate modern gutters entirely.
Seamless gutters
Replacement runs with profiles chosen to sit correctly on Mediterranean Revival and bungalow architecture, sized for today's storm volume and specified for near-coast air.
Soffit & fascia
The honest headline on Kelsey City homes: a century of overflow at the roof edge, checked board by board at inspection, with repair or replacement written into the same job as your gutters.
Outdoor lighting
Permanent roofline lighting with discreet under-eave tracks that respect historic facades, plus landscape lighting for the town's deep, shaded lots and garden streets.
Residential and commercial both welcome: historic-district homes, Kelsey City bungalows, and the town's later single-family streets on the residential side; Park Avenue and US-1 businesses and the marina district on the commercial side. Every quote starts with a free inspection and ends with one exact written price.
Questions
Lake Park, answered
Original Kelsey City house?
Profiles and placement are chosen for the architecture, and fragile original roof edges get flagged before quoting.
Rough old fascia?
It's shown, not hidden — roof-edge repairs are itemized separately from the gutter work in the written quote.
Small-town, small home?
Same free inspection and exact written price as anywhere — measured from your roofline.
Questions
More about working in Lake Park
My home is one of the original Kelsey City houses — does that change how gutter work should be done?
It changes the care taken, not the process. Historic Mediterranean Revival rooflines get profiles and placements chosen to sit correctly on the architecture, and the free inspection flags anything about the original fascia or roof edge that deserves preservation-minded handling before quoting.
The old fascia on my house is probably rough — will the quote hide that or show it?
It shows it. The inspection reports soffit and fascia condition honestly, and the written quote itemizes roof-edge repairs separately from the gutter work, so a century-old house gets numbers you can actually evaluate.
Lake Park is a small town — do smaller homes get the same exact-quote treatment?
Yes. The quote is measured from your roofline and the work it needs. Kelsey City's cottages and bungalows get the same free inspection and exact written price as the biggest estate on this coast.
